Director Election - What We're Looking For
Reflecting on Innovation’s Strategic Plan, the Board is seeking individuals with the following experience:

• Digital, IT & Security: will have a strong background in information technology or have held senior positions in a company that has undergone a significant technological transformation.
• Chartered Professional Accountant (Financial Literacy, Accounting): can effectively use various finance skills to make informed decisions, and can ensure compliance with internal controls and standards of sound business practices.

To access the online ballot, enter your Date of Birth+Last Four Digits of Phone Number on File (YYYY-MM-DD1234) and your last name below. For example, if your birth date is January 2, 1950 and the last four digits of your phone number are 5555, you would enter 1950-01-025555.
