This page will provide you with instructions on how to participate in the 2025 Directors Election.

Voting on the 2025 Directors Election is open from Thursday, March 20, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. through Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET).

Voting Instructions:
• If you received an email from Meridian regarding voting on the Directors Election, you may follow the personalized link in that email to skip the log-in steps below. If you did not receive this email and would like to receive a direct link for future voting, please contact your branch or Meridian’s Contact Centre to ensure your email address is on file.
• For Retail (personal) Members: To access the online ballot, please enter your Voter ID and your Voter Password.
• Voter ID = Your Meridian account number. If you have more than one account, please use the one where your $1 Membership share is held. For more information, please read the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
• Voter Password = first 3 characters of the Postal Code we have on file for you AND the last 4 digits of the telephone number we have on file for you. Example: L0M1234 (with no spaces).

• For Business Members:
• Please complete a proxy form and have the designated proxy submit the completed form via email to AGM@meridiancu.ca, or mail to ATTN: Returning Officer, Re: Meridian’s 2025 Director Election, 75 Corporate Park Drive, St. Catharines, ON L2S 3W3. Once received by Meridian, voting credentials will be provided to you.
