Your login information includes your member number and last name. Find your Member number Enter your last name as it appears on your statement without ampersands, commas, or parenthesis and up to 20 characters long (including spaces). For example, Smith, Jr. would become Smith Jr. and ACME & Research, Incorporated would become ACME Research Incorp Corporations would enter the Corporation name in the last name field.
