Voting Instructions:
To access the online ballot, please enter your Voter ID and your Voter PIN.

Individuals (Personal Account Holders):
Your Voter PIN is a PIN issued by East Coast Credit Union. If you have an email on file with East Coast Credit Union, you will receive your PIN via email. If you do not have an email on file with East Coast Credit Union, or did not receive your voter PIN, please reach out to your local branch or contact us at 1-866-230-7700. Please ensure to check your “junk” or “spam” folder in your email account.

Your Voter ID is your Date of Birth. Enter your date of birth in this format, including leading zeros: MMDDYYYY. For example, if your date of birth is September 25, 1980, you would enter 09251980 (including the leading zeros). If your date of birth is January 1, 1972, you would enter 01011972 (including leading zeros).

Businesses/Associations (Commercial Account Holders):
Please complete an Authorization to Vote Form and submit the completed form to any East Coast Credit Union branch or to eastcoast@creditu.ca to obtain your Voter PIN. If your business/association has already completed an Authorization to Vote form in previous years, please contact your branch or reach out to us at 1-866-230-7700 to determine if you are required to submit a new form.

Your Voter PIN is a PIN number issued by East Coast Credit Union. Please see the instructions above for obtaining your PIN.

Your Voter ID is your East Coast Credit Union Account Number in the following format: XXXXX00X (ex: 12345008). Remove any dashes and replace the 6th and 7th last digits with zeros. For example, if you account number is 12345-67-8, it would become 12345008. If you account number is 12345018, it would become 12345008.
